高河矿主井井筒施组设计.doc

摘要 山西高河能源有限公司（SGEC）是山西潞安矿业（集团）有限责任公司和亚美大陆煤炭有限公司（AACI）共同投资建设的大型煤矿。高河矿井（含选煤厂和铁路专用线）位于长治市长治县高村西南侧，地处沁水煤田东部中段。采用立井开拓，工业场地内布置有主、副、风三个立井井筒。 本次设计主要包括：山西高河煤矿的基本概况；山西高河煤矿主井基岩段施工组织设计包括建井施工准备：技术准备、工程准备、物资与施工劳动准备、对外协作，主井表土的施工组织设计：冻结方案设计（冻结深度、冻结方案的确定）、表土掘进、井壁施工，主井井筒基岩段的施工组织设计：主井井筒基岩段施工方案、主井基岩掘进（采用钻爆法施工，包括钻眼设备与爆破材料的选择、爆破参数与爆破图表、抓岩与支护、掘砌循环图表与劳动组织）、提升与悬吊、悬吊系统、天轮平面的布置及天轮梁的结构与验算、提升机与稳车的布置、施工辅助系统，安全技术措施等。 关键词：基本概况;井筒施工;钻眼爆破 Abstract Shanxi High River Energy Limited ( SGEC ) is Shanxi Luan mining industry (Group ) limited liability company and Asian American Coal Inc ( AACI ) jointly building a large-scale coal mine. High River Mine (including coal preparation plant and special railway line ) is located in Changzhi city Changzhi County high village southwest side, is located in Qinshui coalfield Eastern middle. Shaft usingpioneering, industrial sites are located in the main, side, three vertical shaft wind. This design mainly include: Shanxi High River coal mine basic survey; Shanxi High River coal mine main shaft bedrock construction organization design includes drilling construction preparation: technology, engineering, materials and construction labor ready ready, foreign collaboration, Tachi I topsoil construction organization design: freeze design (depth of freezing, freezing scheme), soil excavation, lining construction, Tachi I in bedrock section of construction organization design: Tachi I in bedrock section of construction scheme, Takai Kiiwajin (using drilling and blasting construction method, including drilling equipment and blasting materials selection, blasting parameters and blasting charts, grasping rock and supporting, excavation and lining of circular graphs and labor organizations), promotion and suspension, suspension system, head sheave plane layout and sheave beam structure and checking, the lifting machine and car arrangement, construction of auxiliary system, safety technical measures.
