从绩效考核角度谈企业薪酬激励机制的设计方法   摘要: 薪酬激励机制在现代企业中是一种激发广大职工工作积极性、提高企业市场竞争力的核心手段,是推动企业快速发展及效益提升的关键因素。对职工满意度与薪酬激励之间关系的深入研究,是企业设计薪酬激励机制过程中的重点内容,具有重要的依据作用。但是,当前我国一些企业暴露出薪酬制度不健全的缺陷,难以满足职工的需求,不利于职工公平感知度的提升,这就阻碍了职工工作积极性及主观能动性的充分发挥。在这种情况下,企业要想实现快速发展,就需要重视薪酬激励机制的科学设置,尽可能设计出符合职工需求及具有较高公平性的绩效考核方式,以便充分发挥薪酬激励机制的作用,从而显著调动职工工作积极性及责任感,最终推动企业健康、可持续发展。本文将从绩效考核角度对企业薪酬激励机制的设计方法进行深入研究。   Abstract: The compensation incentive mechanism in modern enterprises is a key measure to stimulate the work enthusiasm of workers and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. It is also a key factor to promote the rapid development of enterprises and the enhancement of profits. The deep research on the relationship between employee satisfaction and compensation incentive is the key content in the process of designing compensation incentive mechanism, which plays an important basis role. However, at present, some enterprises in China expose the defect that the compensation system is not perfect, which is hard to meet the needs of workers and unfavorable to the promotion of employees fairness perception. This hinders the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of employees from being fully exerted. Under such circumstances, if enterprises want to achieve rapid development, they should attach importance to the scientific setting of salary incentive mechanism, design a performance evaluation method that meets the needs of employees and has higher fairness as much as possible in order to give full play to the role of salary compensation mechanism. This will significantly arouse the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of staff and workers and ultimately promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
