人性化护理模式在剖宫产围手术期护理中的运用 　　摘要：目的 观察剖宫产围手术期护理中有效应用人性化护理模式进行干预的效果。方法 随机抽取2013年12月～2014年12月到我院接受剖宫产手术的产妇80例，分成观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上采用人性化护理模式，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组实施护理干预后，焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪改善情况明显优于对照组；观察组与对照组的住院时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、手术时间等临床指标具有明显差异；观察组与对照组并发症发生率分别为10.00%、25.00%，观察组并发症概率较低；组间数据对比差异明显，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 剖宫产围手术期患者采用人性化护理模式进行干预，可获得较为理想的效果。 　　关键词：剖宫产；围手术期；人性化护理模式 　　Application of Humanistic Nursing Mode in Perioperative Nursing of Cesarean Section 　　DENG Cheng-ying 　　（Kaijiang County Peoples Hospital，Dazhou 636250，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the cesarean delivery effective application of humanized nursing care in perioperative nursing model the effect of the intervention.Methods Randomly in December 2013 to December 2014 to our hospital cesarean section surgery of 80 cases of maternal，divided into observation group and control group，control group using conventional care，observation group in the control group，nursing based on using humanized nursing mode，compared two groups of patient care.Results Observation group after nursing intervention，the anxiety，depression，mood improvement was better than control group；Observation group and control group in the length of hospital stay，anal exhaust time，ambulation time，operation time and other clinical indicators have obvious difference；The complication rate of observation group and control group were 10.00%，25.00%，observation group complication probability is low；Data contrast differences between groups，with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative patients with cesarean section adopts the model of the humanized nursing intervention，the ideal effect can be obtained. 　　Key words：Cesarean section；Perioperative；Humanized nursing mode 　　最近几年，因受到各方面因素的影响，我国剖宫产率以逐渐上升呈现，剖宫产属于有创类型的手术方法，严重威胁产妇的身心健康，加上手术后出现疼痛的情况，造成产妇心理出现负面情绪，对顺利开展手术以及手术麻醉效果有一定的影响[1]。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 本组研究对象的研究数据均来自我院2013年12月～2014年12月的剖宫产产妇80例，年龄为21～30岁，平均年龄为（25.3±3.2）岁；孕周为35～41w，平均孕周为（38.2±5.2）w。参照医学伦理学，分成观察组与对照组，每组40例。两组产妇临床资
