依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射联合米非司酮片用于中期妊娠引产的价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射联合米非司酮片用于中期妊娠引产的临床价值。 方法 选择2012年1月～2015年3月我院收治的中期妊娠引产者120例，按随机数字法分两组，每组60例。对照组使用乳酸依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射，观察组使用乳酸依沙吖啶当天口服米非司酮片，比较两组的手术相关情况、并发症情况等。 结果 观察组的胎盘娩出时间、用药至宫缩时间和引产总时间显著短于对照组，阴道出血量少于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 乳酸依沙吖啶注射液羊膜腔注射联合口服米非司酮片应用于中期妊娠引产，能有效加速产程进展，减少术中出血量，减少并发症及不良反应的发生，提高引产成功率。 　　[关键词] 依沙吖啶；羊膜腔注射；米非司酮；中期妊娠；引产 　　[中图分类号] R719.3+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0059-03 　　The value analysis of ethacridine amniotic injection combined with mifepristone for induction of labor in midpregnancy 　　SUN Yi-wen 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Xinfeng People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Xinfeng 341600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of ethacridine amniotic injection combined with mifepristone for induction of labor in midpregnancy. Methods 120 cases with induction of labor in midpregnancy Received by our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected and they were divided into two group according to the random number method，and there were 60 cases in each group.Control group was given ethacridine for amniotic cavity injection，while observation group was given ethacridine for amniotic cavity injection combined with mifepristone tablet.The surgery-related cases，complication and so on was compared between two groups. Results The placental delivery time，the time of medication and contraction，and total time of induced labor in observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group，vaginal bleeding amount in observation group was less than that of control group （P0.05）.
