妇科临床无痛人工流产手术中实时超声引导的应用体会 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妇科临床无痛人工流产手术中全程应用实时超声引导的有效性和安全性。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年2月在本院自愿要求进行无痛人工流产的患者260例，其中手术中全程应用实时超声引导人工流产的130例作为观察组，常规盲视下无痛人工流产的130例作为对照组，对比分析两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道出血时间、手术并发症等，总结无痛人工流产中全程应用实时超声引导的有效性和安全性。 结果 观察组的手术时间、术后阴道出血时间短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组手术并发症发生率为2.3%，对照组手术并发症发生率为22.3%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 无痛人工流产手术中全程应用实时超声引导可大大缩短手术时间，减少出血量，缩短术后阴道出血时间，减少手术并发症，减轻患者手术的痛苦和风险，极大地提高了人工流产手术的有效性和安全性，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 实时超声引导；无痛人工流产术；应用体会 　　[中图分类号] R719 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）04（b）-0026-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of applying real-time ultrasound guidance during painless artificial abortion surgery in gynecology.Methods Two hundred and sixty cases of patients willingly asked for painless artificial abortion from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group，the real-time ultrasound guidance was adopted in whole course during surgery，and in the control group，the conventional blindsight was provided.The operation time，amount of bleeding，postoperative vaginal bleeding time，and complication was comparatively analyzed in both groups in order to summarize the effectiveness and safety of applying real-time ultrasound guidance in whole course during painless artificial abortion.Results In the observation group，the operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time was shorter than that of the control group，intraoperative amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group，the difference was significant （P0.05）.The occurrence of complication was 2.3% in the observation group，while in the control group was 22.3%，the difference was significant （P0.05）.Conclusion During painless artificial abortion surgery，whole-course application of real-time ultrasound guidance can greatly shorten operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time，reduce amount of bleeding and complications，alleviate surgical sufferin
