中 文 摘 要 1 - 山东理工大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：基于PLC的货物自动识别 控制系统设计 摘 要 货物识别技术经过多年的发展已经日趋成熟，现已渗透到了商业、仓储、邮电通信、交通运输、图书管理、医疗卫生、工业生产过程控制以及军事装备、工程项目等国民经济各行各业和人民日常生活之中。自动识别技术是以计算机技术和通信技术的发展为基础的一种多学科综合性科学技术。目前，条码技术是最成熟、应用领域最广泛的一种自动识别技术。 组态软件是伴随着计算机技术的突飞猛进发展起来的。随着个人计算机的普及和开放系统(Open system)概念的推广，基于个人监控系统呈现出智能化、小型化、网络化、PC化的发展趋势，并逐渐形成了各种标准的网络结构、硬件规范。组态软件在自动化系统的“水平”和“垂直”集成中起着桥梁和纽带的作用，已成为自动化系统中的重要组成部分。 本系统采用了基于组态王软件与PLC结合一般条码阅读器的货物自动识别系统，给出了系统的结构、软件设计和组态过程。采用PLC作为下位机提高了采集信号及控制信号的精度，并且可以现场修改程序，维修方便。使用组态软件，用户可以方便的构造适应自己需要的“数据采集系统”，实现实时数据监控管理，保证信息在全范围内的畅通，以适应现代化生产的需要。 关键词：可编程控制器， 条形码阅读器 ，组态软件 Abstract Abstract Goods identification technology after years of development have become more mature, has been infiltrated into the commercial, storage, post and telecommunications, transportation, library management, medical and health, industrial production process control and military equipment, the project, such as the national economy and people of all walks of life day-to-day life.
