PAGE 36 PAGE III PAGE 1 基于PLC的自动门控制系统的设计 摘要 随着电子技术的发展，可编程控制器不断更新、发展，PLC控制是自动控制中最常见控制方式之一，自动门就是自动控制应用的典型例子，由于可编程控制器具有很好的处理自动门的开关控制及良好的稳定性，而且可以很简单的改变控制的方式，因此，自动门的生产商家很多都运用PLC来做门的控制器。目前自动门在日常生活中运用越来越广泛。 本文论述的自动门控制系统主要由以下几部分构成：可编程控制器、信号采集装置、变频器、驱动装置、传动装置。其优点结构简单、控制方便、功能完善、控制系统可靠等功能。充分发挥了自动控制的性能，具有一定的参考跟实用价值。 本设计主要的工作原理是通过信号采集装置判定有无人经过并将信号转换成开关量信号传到PLC，PLC根据开关信号的来控制变频器的开停和速度的变换，在由传动装置带动门运动。并且通过GX Developer8.0编程软件和GX-Simulator6c仿真软件调试系统，从而进行结果分析。 关键词：PLC；变频器； GX Developer8.0；GX-Simulator6c The Design of Automatic Doors Control System Based on PLC ABSTRACT With the development of electronic technology, programmable logic controller continuously updated, development, PLC control is the control one of the most common control method, automatic door control applications is a typical example, as programmable logic controller automatic door with a good deal with the switch control and good stability, and can easily change in a controlled manner, therefore, the production of automatic doors business to do a lot of doors are used PLC controller.
