分析阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片对高血压患者血压及血脂水平影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片治疗高血压的临床效果。方法：以医院120例高血压患者作为研究对象，将患者分为A、B、C三组，每组各40例患者，A组取阿托伐他汀片治疗，B组舒心降脂片治疗，C组取阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片治疗，观察三组患者治疗后血压、血脂变化情况，并观察临床疗效。结果：C组治疗后总有效率为92.5%，较A、B组72.5%、72.0%高，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。C组舒张压、收缩压分别为（78.26±4.41）mm Hg、（129.58±6.25）mm Hg，均较A、B组低，血脂指标TG、TC、HDL-C分别为（2.21±0.48）mmol/L、（4.38±0.71）mmol/L、（2.71±0.69）mmol/L均较A、B组低，LDL-C为（1.14±0.12）mmol/L，较A、B组高，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：取阿托伐他汀片联舒心降脂片治疗，可将高血压患者的血压、血脂控制在正常水平，提高临床治疗效果。 　　【关键词】 高血压； 舒心降脂片； 阿托伐他汀； 血压； 血脂 　　Analysis of the Effects of Atorvastatin Combined Comfortable of Jiangzhi Tablets on Blood Pressure of Patients with Hypertension and Blood Lipid Level/LI Shang-hua，SHUI Sheng-quan，ZHU Xun.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（08）：031-033 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of atorvastatin tablets combined with comfortable of jiangzhi tablets in treatment of hypertension.Method： 120 cases of patients with hypertension in hospital as study object， were divided into three group A， B， C，40 cases in each group，group A as atorvastatin treatment， group B with sxjz tablets， group C atorvastatin tablets combined comfortable of jiangzhi tablets.The changes of blood pressure， blood lipids after treatment，the clinical curative effect and clinical of three groups were observed. Group C of diastolic and systolic blood pressure of （78.26±4.41） mm Hg，（129.58±6.25） mm Hg were lower than group A， B.In group C，TG，TC and HDL-C of blood lipid indexes were （2.21±0.48）mmol/L，（4.38±0.71）mmol/L，and （2.71±0.69）mmol/L，LDL-C was （1.14±0.12）mmol/L，compared with group A and B，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin tablets combined comfortable of jiangzhi tablets treatment can control hypertension and blood lipid of blood pressure patients in normal level， improve the clinical treatment effect. 　　【Key words】 H
