分析中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘效果及对免疫功能影响 　　【摘要】目的：分析中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法：将2016年2月到2017年2月于本院接受治疗的58例支气管哮喘患者作为分析对象，将患者按照入院顺序纳入试验组与参照组（n=29）。为两组患者均实施抗炎、平喘以及解痉挛治疗等，试验组患者在此基础上联合应用定喘汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及患者的免疫功能变化情况。结果：试验组患者治疗总有效率为96.55%，参照组患者治疗总有效率为82.76%，组间各项数据资料比较存在明显差异（p0.05）。试验组治疗后TNF―α、CD4+、CD4+CD25+、CD4+/CD8+等指标改善程度，肺功能改善情况等均优于参照组，组间差异比较存在显著区别，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的效果显著，且能够有效改善患者的免疫功能，对患者生活质量的提升能够产生积极影响。 　　【关键词】 中西?t结合治疗；支气管哮喘；免疫功能 　　[Abstract] Objective： to analyze the effect of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on immune function. Methods： the 58 cases of bronchial asthma treated in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were treated as the analysis subjects， and the patients were included in the experimental group and the control group （n=29）. For two groups of patients were anti-inflammatory spasm， smooth wheezing and solution treatment， etc.on the basis of the experimental group patients combined use of anti-asthma soup treatment， compared two groups of patients with the clinical treatment effect and changes in the patients immune function. Results： the total effective rate of treatment was 96.55% in the experimental group， 82.76% of the total effective treatment in the control group， and there was a significant difference in the data data between the groups （p0.05）. Treatment group after treatment TNF alpha，CD4+， CD4+CD25+andCD4+/ CD8+index， improve lung function improvement are better than the control group， difference between group is a significant difference， statistically significant （P0.05）.
