可吸收补片和双层立体补片治疗后壁缺损腹股沟斜疝临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨可吸收补片和双层立体补片治疗后壁缺损腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院普外科2012年1月-2013年6月收治的100例后壁缺损的腹股沟斜疝患者的临床资料，其中52例采用双层立体补片行无张力疝修补术（观察组），48例采用可吸收补片修补（对照组），比较两组手术时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间和住院费用，并观察并发症的发生情况。结果：两组病例在手术时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间上比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组2年内复发率低于对照组（P0.05）；两组均未发生术后感染、阴囊血肿和鞘膜积液等并发症。结论：可吸收补片和双层立体补片均可作为修复腹股沟斜疝的材料，但对于后壁缺损患者，双层立体补片更为牢固，复发率低，安全性高。 　　【关键词】 可吸收补片； 双层立体补片； 腹股沟斜疝 　　中图分类号 R656.2 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）35-0003-02 　　Clinical Observation of Absorption Patch and Double-layer Three-dimensional Patch Treatment in Patients with Wall Defect after Inguinal Hernia/GUI Chun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（35）：3-4 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of absorption patch and prolene hernia system treatment in patients with wall defect after inguinal hernia.Method：100 cases of clinical datas patients with wall defect after inguinal hernia were retrospective analysized from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital department of general surgery，52 patients were treated with the prolene hernia system tension-free hernia repair （observation group），48 patients were treated with absorption patch，the operating time，get out of bed activity time，average hospital stay and cost of hospitalization，and complications were observed of the two groups.Result：Two groups of patients in operation time，bed time，average hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization had no significant difference（P0.05）；2 years recurrence rate of observation group was lower than the control group（P0.05）.Two groups had no infection，hematoma of the scrotum and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis incidence of postoperative complications.Conclusion：Absorbable patch and double-layer three-dimensional patch can be used as material of indirect inguinal hernia，but for the posterior wall defect patients，prolene hernia system is more firmly，the recurrence rates are low and more safety. 　　【Key words】 Absorbable patch； Prolene hernia system； Inguinal
