北方工业大学毕业论文 PAGE 人源汇志网络公司人力资源管理信息化研究 摘要 目前，人源汇志网络公司人力资源管理最主要的工作是招聘、培训安排等。招聘工作占人事专员工作的80%以上。招聘工作的具体任务是在网上寻找合适的简历，并打电话通知候选人参加面试，并将工作过程将记录在excel表格中。整个过程信息化程度低，存在效率低下、重复率高、管理方式落后、缺乏信息反馈与修正等问题，增加了公司成本。为了解决这些问题，本人运用管理信息系统知识，采用结构化系统开发方法，经过业务流程调查、数据流程分析和绘制数据流程图，给出了系统的逻辑模型；在此基础上，经过给出总体设计和详细设计，给出了系统实施方案没有编程，这一块就不用强调了。。 没有编程，这一块就不用强调了。 关键词：人力资源管理，信息管理，管理信息系统 Analysis on HR Informationization for the Renyuanhuizhi Internet companyCompany除了借此冠词，首字母大写 除了借此冠词，首字母大写 Abstract At present, the HR management of the Renyuanhuizhi Internet company is mainly about hiring, training arrangement and so on. Hiring counts for 80% of the HRs’ job, of which the specific tasks are seeking suitable VC on the Internet, calling candidates for a interview, and recording all of these in excel sheets. The whole process is informationization out-dated, which causes lots of profound problems, such as inefficient operation，repetition，out-dated management methods，lack of feedback and rectification and so on. All of these add unnecessary cost. To solve these problems, I utilized the knowledge of the management information system, adopted the structured method for system development, through business process investigation and data process analysis and drawing data flow chart, then, given the logical model of the system. On this foundation, after the overall design and detailed design, the implement scheme of the system has been made. Finally, using the computer high-level language VB, developed the HR management system for the Renyuanhuizhi Internet company.
