城市污水处理项目风险分担及收益分配研究 　　摘要： 由于污水处理设施和管网建设的投资不足和运营效率低下，我国城市水污染严重。PPP（Public-Private-Partnership）模式不仅能够有效的利用民营资本，缓解政府的财政压力。本文通过对收益分配理论的研究，提出了收益分配的博弈模型，通过求解模型中纳什均衡方程，找到收益分配的帕累托最优解，使公司双方能够达到双赢的效果。本文的研究成果对PPP模式在城市污水处理中的推广和成功应用都具有重要意义。 　　Abstract: Operating inefficiencies of sewage disposal in cities led to the serious water pollution.
