Objective With the rapid growth of business and proliferation of store number, the existing payment management by check for stores fails to catch up with the current demands. Besides, advocations on the expense account management by e-banking are becoming more and more intense. To enhance the management and control of capital, ensure its security and facilitate the easy execution, hereby we constitute the e-banking procedure for expense account. 2. The scope of application 2.1 This procedure is applicable to JV accounting centers and store business controllers in the cities with regional accounting center or with over 4 stores. 2.2 This procedure is only applicable to the transactions under RMB50K (including); for the transaction over RMB50K, the check payment is still viable. 3. Functionality allocation of e-banking Income account HO treasury department: payment and enquiry function JV accounting centers and store business controller: enquiry function (for the timely check endorsement and bank reconciliation report) Expense account: HO tre
