It provides a good policy environment for the trade between China and Russia. First of all， this article analysis the present situation of trade complementarity and tntra-industry trade between China and Russia. Secondly it points out the problem. Finally it puts forward some measures for promoting the development of the bilateral trade. 　　Key words： one belt and one road；
