山东工商学院毕业设计 PAGE PAGE 66 河北省滦平县冶金辅料总厂建设项目 可行性研究 作 者：汪凌凌 指导教师：温国锋 2004年6月 摘要 该滦平县冶金辅料总厂项目可行性研究是依据国家颁布的《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》和财税制度及有关政策编制的。在财务评价中，对数据进行了盈利能力分析、不确定性分析、概率分析等。在财务评价的基础上，对部分效益和费用进行了调整，并从国家角度对该项目进行了综合评价，最后得出评价结论。 财务净现值为：1070万元，财务内部收益率为：16%，投资回收期为：8.2年，国民经济净现值为：4351.4万元，国民经济内部收益率为：26%，该项目各项指标均符合规定，可以承担一定风险，因此，该项目是可行的。 关键词：钢管和冶金石灰生产项目；财务评价；国民经济评价 ABSTRACT This thesis is based on state-issued Construction Project Economic--Evaluation Method and Parameters, the finance and tax systems in force and relevant policies. The Finance Evaluation(FE) contains the analysis of profitability、of probability and of uncertainty, while the National Economy Evaluation(NEE) is a comprehension on the state point. As a result of the above, the conclusion go as following: The financial net present value is 1070ten thousand, The project financial inner return rate is 16%.The investment recovery period is 8.2 years. The national economy net present value is 4351.4ten thousand, The economic inner return is 26%. All exceed the state and trade’s criterion and the project is able to bear risk in a way, So it is feasible.
