自我、认知与行动 ——“蚁族”的行动逻辑和生存策略 摘 要 近期以来,一个庞大的隐藏群体??以“蚁族”为简称的“大学毕业生低收 入聚居群体”在大城市中显现,并迅速引起社会的关注。 本文以北京市“蚁族”的实证研究为主题,综合运用了问卷调查、个案访谈、 叙述分析等多种方法,坚持“主体”的研究立场,分析“蚁族”留京选择的影响 因素以及相互之间的作用过程,他们自身如何理解这一选择的行动逻辑;他们留 京后的生存策略以及如何面对现状和未来。 本文采用吉登斯结构二重性的理论视角,以帕森斯一般行动理论为基础,结 合心理学自我理论,探讨了“蚁族”留京行动的一系列逻辑和过程。研究表明: 蚁族的行动选择以及行动逻辑是在结构性因素推动和主体反思性控制的双重作 用下的结果。自我在这一过程中发挥了极其重要的作用,无论结构性要素还是主 体性要素,都是通过自我认知?自我归因?自我定位这一逻辑过程而作用于昀终 的行动结果中的。具体体现为: 第一,客观自我认知是蚁族留京选择的基础,体现了行动的合理性。 第二,自我控制是蚁族行动的手段和生存的策略,体现了行动的能动性。 第三,不断地根据行动反馈进行着自我管理和调适,体现了行动的反思性。 关键词: 自我认知,行动逻辑,生存策略,结构二重性 Abstract Recently, a huge group?? “the university graduate low income congregating group” ,which called as the “ant group” ,appear in the big city, and will arouse societys interest rapidlyThis paper bases on the positivism research of “the ant group” of Beijing, and comprehensively applies the research methods including observation, case interviews, questionnaires, adheres to research position of “body”, to study on how the “ant group” understanding their activity logic of staying Beijing; what influences their chosen as well as being influenced; their survival strategies and how they face to the situation now and futureBased on the general theory of action, this paper using the perspective of structure duality theory and the concept of “self” in Psychology, to discus a series of processes of their logic of action. The conclusion is: the ant group’s activity logic is the result of dual influence of structure factor and subjective factor.
