第 35 卷 第 2 期 继电器 Vol.35 No.2 2007 年 1 月 16 日 RELAY Jan.16, 2007 二次压板操作的安全措施与防范探讨 1 2 汪洪明 , 杨妮娜 （1．无锡供电公司，江苏 无锡 214123 ； 2．江苏省电力公司生产技能培训中心，江苏 苏州 215004） 摘要：一次设备的防误操作已经有了很多措施和经验，那么二次压板如何防止误操作呢?选取两个压板操作的实际案例对二 次压板操作的安全措施与防范探讨进行分析，一为没有正确测量出压板两端有电压却错误放上，导致瓦斯保护触点通过压板 接通跳闸线圈将开关跳闸；二为测量微机保护功能压板有电压就认为有问题，不敢进行将压板压上的操作，延误了整个操作 任务的完成。最后提出二次压板操作哪些情况应该测电压、二次压板操作的注意事项等，推荐用高内阻电压表测量电压。 关键词: 二次压板; 测量电压; 操作; 措施; 防范 Discussion on security and prevention of the operation of secondary pressure plate 1 2 WANG Hong-ming , YANG Ni-na (1. Wuxi Power Supply Company ,Wuxi 214123,China; 2.The Training Center of Productive Technology of Jiangsu Power Corp. ,Suzhou 215004,China) Abstract: Lots of methods and experiences are obtained for preventing misoperation of primary equipment, then how to advoid maloperation?The paper discusses the security and prevention of the operation of secondary pressure plate via the analysis on two actual operations. One is switch tripping caused by the trip coil being connected with gas protection contact via pressure plate when mistakenly pressing the pressure plate after the measurement of zero voltage on the two sides of the pressure plate; The other is total operation deferring due to the non-operation of pressure plate for the problem thought to be existed after the measurement of voltage on the microcomputer protection function pressure plate. It finally puts forward the conditions under which voltage shall be measured regarding the operation of the secondary pressure plate, points for attention
