苯磺酸氨氯地平与马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压病有效性和安全性临床研究 杨亚莉，李艳红，刘艳琼 仙桃市第一人民医院心内科（湖北 仙桃433000) [摘要] 目的 探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平与马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的有效性和安全性。 方法 选取我院2014年7月—2015年2月150例高血压患者，随机分为苯磺酸氨氯地平组、马来酸氨氯地平组和对照组，三组患者均给予降压饮食及合理性运动等常规综合治疗，在此基础之上，对照组给予硝苯地平，苯磺酸氨氯地平组和马来酸氨氯地平组分别给予苯磺酸氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平进行治疗，对比分析三组的临床治疗效果。结果 苯磺酸氨氯地平组和马来酸氨氯地平组在总有效率、治疗后舒张压及收缩压上均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），三组均未发现有明显不良反应。 讨论 苯磺酸氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压均有效、安全可靠，值得临床推广。 [关键词] 苯磺酸氨氯地平；马来酸氨氯地平；硝苯地平；高血压；临床治疗效果 Amlodipine besylate and Amlodipin maleate Treatment hypertension in clinical efficacy and safety study [Abstract] Purpose To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of amlodipine besylate and amlodipin maleate in the treatment of hypertension. Method Seleting 150 patients with hypertension in our hospital from 2014.7 to 2015.2, the patients were randomly divided into three groups: amlodipine besylate group, amlodipin maleate group and control group. The patients of three groups were given anti-hypertensive dietary and reasonable exercise routine comprehensive treatment. On this basis, the control group was given nifedipine, amiodipine besylate group and amlodipine maleate group were given amlodipine besylate and amlodipine maleate, comparing analysis of three groups in clinical therapeutic effects. Results Amlodipine besylate group and amlodipine maleate group in the total efficiency, after treatment, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly better than the control group（P＜0.05）, There were no significant adverse reactions in three groups. Conclusion Amlodipine besylate and amlodipine maleate are effective in treatment of hypertension and the two drugs are safe and reliable , worthy of clinical application.
