供应链管理论文：宜工集团供应链采购管理的研究与设计 【中文摘要】随着全球化竞争时代的到来,传统采购供应模式已经不能适应现在的市场环境,存在不能快速响应的缺陷已经成为供应链管理中的一个致命问题。宜工股份有限公司在全国有多家供应商,以往与供应商的信息联系基本是电话、传真为主,供应商与采购部门的信息沟通不及时,反馈不畅通,很难实现合作伙伴间信息实时的、同步的共享,难以达到战略协同的要求。所以本系统在详细分析了宜工采购中心的系统需求的基础之上,借助信息技术和电子商务,将供应链上业务伙伴的业务流程相互集成,从原材料的采购、产品的制造、销售、到最后消费者使用的全过程,在提高消费者满意的同时,降低相应采购、销售成本、提高企业快速反应能力,减少各种支出。从而实现宜工采购中心的信息化、网络化、快速化。本文应用了大量的图表(如数据流程图、数据库E-R图、系统功能模块图、程序流程图等等)及文字详细阐述了“宜工采购中心管理信息系统”的整个分析与设计过程,给出了系统的需求分析、功能设计、数据库设计、流程设计和系统实现。 【英文摘要】With the internet and information age coming, the traditional purchasing and supply mode exists a imperfection that the information communication is not seasonable, which has become a neckbottle in the supply chain management. And that even though Yi Gong Co. ltd. now has hundreds of nationwide suppliers, the communication between procurement department and the supplier’s information is not smooth, because the information communication with the suppliers mainly based on the paper and the fax. The speed of information transmission is slow, so it is hard to realize the timely and synchronic share of inforamtion between the cooperation partners.So this system bases on the detailed analysis of the system requirements of the Yi Gong procurement center, with the help of information technology and e-commerce, it integrates the operation flow of the business partner on the supply chain. Thereby it can efficiently manage the whole process from the purchase of the products, the produce and distribution of the products, and finally consign to the consumers. Lower the cost, improve the efficiency of enterprises , at the same time increase the degree of the satisfaction of the consumers and finally realize the e-commerce of Yi Gong procurement center.
