摘 要 汽车空调的作用已经是众所周知的，尤其是随着地球表面气温的日益变暖，人们对空调的需求越来越迫切，对空调质量的要求越来越高了，不仅轿车和客车装有空调，现在不少工程车和卡车上也装有空调装置。 汽车空调系统的性能匹配所要解决的问题，是在成本经济预算与运行经济预算，以及汽车动力配置方案允许的条件下，如何使汽车空调系统各组成部件，特别是对系统性能起主要决定作用的压缩机，膨胀阀，冷凝器总成及管系等部件，在额定运行工况（设计工况）匹配得最合理，以使各部件性能以至系统性能，在该工况得以最大限度地发挥，工作最可靠，并且还具有一定的适应最大负荷工况和恶劣运行工况运行能力。压缩机的匹配、冷凝器总成的匹配、蒸发器总成的匹配、热力膨胀阀与压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器组成的匹配。 关键词：汽车空调；压缩机；冷凝器；蒸发器  Abstract Automobile air-conditioning role is known as the earths surface temperature, especially the increasingly warming, people increasingly urgent demand for air conditioner, air quality to demand more and more cars and buses, not only the air-conditioned, now many tractors and truck is equipped with air conditioning. Automobile air-conditioning system performance by matching the problems to be solved in the cost budget, economic operation and economic budget, and power allocation scheme allows condition, how to make the automobile air-conditioning system components, especially on system performance plays a main role of compressors, decision expansion valves, condenser assemblies and components, pipe fittings etc in the rated operating conditions (design), the most reasonable matching, to make the system performance, and performance in this condition to maximize the most reliable work, and also have certain adapt to bad conditions and the maximum load operating operation. The compressor, evaporator and condenser assembly matching the assembly, thermal expansion valve and the compressor, condenser, evaporator components of the match.
