大学生志愿者行动价值探微 　　The Value Exploration of College Students Volunteer Action in Microcosmic Perspective： 　　For College Students Volunteer of Changsha as an Example 　　 Yang Zhen 　　（Central South University School of Marxism，Changsha 410012，China） 　　 　　摘要： 志愿者行动体现着“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神。当前，大学生已逐渐成为城市志愿者行动的参与主体，在各种志愿者行动中不断发挥着自身的作用。长沙市大学生志愿者在参与所在城市志愿服务活动的过程中，主要体现了自身的文化价值、社会价值及个人价值。就文化价值而言，大学生志愿者在服务中发挥着传递传统文化、弘扬人与城市和谐、提升城市文化品味的作用；就社会价值而言，大学生志愿者发挥着社会道德整合功能与激励公民积极向上，融洽社会关系，增强公民责任感的作用；就个人价值而言，大学生志愿者在服务的过程中也提升了个人的精神境界，实现自己的人生价值。 　　Abstract: Volunteer action expresses the volunteer spirit of contribution, fraternal love, mutual assistance and progress. At present, college students have gradually become the main part of the city volunteers. They play their own role in all kinds of volunteer action. During the process, they reflect the cultural value, social value, personal value. In the service of volunteer action， college students volunteer plays an role of transferring traditional culture, promoting and city harmonious, upgrading the city cultural. They play a role of promoting social moral integration function and encourage citizens to be positive. Social harmonious, they enhance the role of citizen responsibility. To their personal, college students volunteer in the course of services also promotes the individual spiritual, to achieve their values of life. 　　关键词： 大学生志愿者行动 文化价值 社会价值 个人价值 　　Key words: college students volunteer action；cultural value；social value；personal value 　　中图分类号：G64文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-4311（2011）26-0197-02 　　0引言 　　2008年，长沙市志愿者为了支援汶川抗震救灾，开展了“一腔热血献灾区”的大型无偿献血公益活动，在地震发生后1个月内，共有1.4万多位爱心市民参加了无偿献血。长沙市于当年获得全国“无偿献血先进城市”荣誉。2010年4月，由湖南省长沙市中南大学发起的“共饮湘江水，保护母亲河”大型公益活动如火如荼开展，参与的300多名自愿者对湘江流域水质进行了一次体检，为政府的决策提供了可靠的数据基础，取得了良好的社会影响。2010年12月，长沙亲子共读经典公益大讲堂、“长沙雷锋号志愿者工作站”获第八届中国青年志愿者优秀项目奖，这是团中央、中国青年志愿者协会授予的我国青年志愿服务领域的最高荣誉。2011年3月，长沙市“保护母亲河，清洁新家园”活动在湖南雷锋纪念馆启动，拉开了长沙市百万志愿者讲文明树新风大行动的序幕。长沙市获得这些荣誉与大学生志愿者的广泛参与是分不开的，大学生志愿者在参与志愿服务过程中，怀着无私奉献的精神，不计个人得失，在促进城市和谐发展的同时，也提升了自我的精神境界，实现了自身的价
