The key of reconstructing value theory is to clarify how the human labor creates the value , and in this foundation , we can scientifically reply whether the human labor is only fountainhead question to the value. We can know that the value created by human labor contains the value by the materialized brain labor created , the surplus value certainly is not all created by human labor itself. Recon structing value theory has provided the theory basis for distribution system combining the distribution according to work and according to the essential factor.
