The finial settlement of contract price will be base on the actual area that Party B applied. 本合同为固定单价合同，最终结算价款将以经甲方确认的乙方实际施工面积为准。 In order to settle those unexpected additional or reductive works and costs, both party should negotiate in time during Party B’s application and sign the supplementary agreements 对于甲方或乙方未能预期的增、减的施工项目和费用，在乙方施工过程中由双方及时协商并签订补充条款确认。 4． The price does not include the following works and they are subject to additional charges if happen (or required by Party A): 本价款已包含乙方完成本合同项下工作的全部费用，乙方不得再向甲方主张任何费用增加。 Item III Terms of Payment 第三条 付款方式 Within 3 days after the contract is signed.
