摘 要 PAGE 1 PAGE I 浅析工程造价管理中存在的问题及对策 摘 要 近年来，我国建筑业发展迅速，尽管有相关法律法规对工程造价进行规范，但在实际中，建设工程施工合同纠纷屡见不鲜，如招投标后引发的合同订立纠纷、现场签证索赔纠纷、工程质量纠纷、工程延期纠纷、施工分包纠纷、工程造价管理纠纷等。在这些纠纷中，因工程价款而产生的纠纷占建设工程合同纠纷的绝大部分，工程价款纠纷也是审理建设工程合同纠纷案件的重点和难点，实践中因工程价款而产生的纠纷，因而笔者选取以施工企业如何加强工程造价管理为命题，首先介绍了施工企业加强工程造价中面临的问题，然后对其优化策略进行分析，接下去以我市A医院门诊楼为例，分析了该工程的概况，然后针对该工程的各个阶段的工程造价控制方法进行探讨，最后对该项目设计阶段的工程造价控制方法题材笔者粗浅的建议和看法。 关键词：工程造价；建筑工程；造价控制 .
