Most of the study are focusing on the description of syntactic feature in “zei x”. Few of them pay attention to semantic and pragmatic. The thesis is making a particular analysis of the typical structure of “zei x” from three different aspectssyntax, semantic, pragmatic. Introduction expounds research significance of thesis, reviews the previous studies, and illustrates the research method of this thesis. Chapter one expounds internal constituents. Different sorts of “x” can be modified by “zei”, that is, verb, adjective, noun and phrases. Chapter two refers to external functions. Firstly, there are modal adverbs, temporal adverbs and scope adverbs, which can modify the structure of “zei x”. Secondly, the structure of “zei x” can serve as predicate, attribute, object, adverbial adjunct and adverbial modifier in a sentence. Chapter three expounds the semantic analysis of “zei”, “x”, and “zei x”. The semantic connotation of “zei x” are a certain affirmative degree and a certain negative degree. Then this chapter elaborates the semantic feature of “Xv”, “Xa” and “Xn”. At last, semantic feature of “zei x” structure can be touched. Chapter four is writing about the pragmatic analysis. On the basis of the analysis of the syntax and semantic, the pragmatic feature of the structure can be touchedcolloquialism, emotional colorings, rhetoric, information focus and expressive effects.
