摘 要 在上世纪60年代日本一家农业机械制造公司(ISEKI)工程师提出设想委托橡胶企业(BRIDGESTONE)开发了第一条替代金属履带的橡胶履带,并应用在水稻收割机械上。橡胶履带具有速度高、抗振动、牵引力大、噪音低、机重轻、不损坏路面、耐磨损、使片寿命长等特点,在橡胶履带面世后就得到了迅速的开发和推广,目前已大量应用于多种行业机械上。 优良的履带式拖拉机,不仅要有良好的通过性能,而且还要有良好机动性能。转向是否灵活、转向半径的大小会直接影响到车辆的使用效率、燃油经济性和驾驶员的劳动强度,所以转向灵活性和可控性是履带车辆的重要技术指标之一。而传统的履带式车辆的转向机构通常采用的是转向离合器,其转向精度低、操作过程复杂,可控性差。但现在大多数农业拖拉机仍采用这种方式转向,最典型的为履带式拖拉机。因此,为履带式拖拉机设计出操作简便、转向平滑的转向机构为人们所期待。 为了改善履带式拖拉机的转向性能,针对我国现有的履带式拖拉机在转向时对土壤的破坏力大和消耗功率大等问题,本文系统、全面地对履带式拖拉机转向机构进行理论分析,在消化、吸收、归纳、总结前人成果的基础上,提出一种转向机构的设计方案。 关键词: 橡胶履带;原地转向;履带式联合收割机;Solidworks Abstract 60s in the last century, a Japanese manufacturer of agricultural machinery (ISEKI) put forward the idea of Engineers commissioned a rubber companies (BRIDGESTONE) the development of the first alternative metal rubber crawler tracks, and machinery used in the rice harvest.
