篮球选手能训练之实际

PAGE 1 PAGE 16 籃球選手體能訓練之實際 環球商業專科學校專任講師 徐武雄 摘要 國內籃球運動自設立職業聯盟後,關於球員的體能訓練即有較大轉變,主因除了外籍教練、球員所帶來技術與體能刺激外,國內職籃教練、球員對體能訓練認同應該是最重要因素。另一方面雖然在國內各級學校籃球聯賽制度已趨健全,而各校卻因場地設施有所差異、教練及球員對體能訓練缺乏認識下,學生選手的體能訓練就得不是很理想。 在此情況,本文謹就國內現況的大環境,以大學第一級男子籃球隊與國小女子籃球隊全國級水準為例,提出理想的籃球選手體能訓練處方以供參考,重點在於乳酸系統提供能量的速耐力訓練,與重量訓練的肌力、肌耐力訓練實際處方,並建議國內各級學校教練應多注意籃球選手的協調性、柔軟性等訓練,以提升國內各校籃球選手體質。 關鍵字:籃球選手、體能訓練 Developing Physical Training Program for Basketball Players Transworld Junior College of Commerce Wuu-Shyong Shyu Abstract When professional sport started in Taiwan several years ago, foreign Players depending on their personal skill and physical can easily beat their domestic opponents. Taiwanese coaches and players have recogniyed that player’s physical conditioning is the ingredient of wining a game. They know that off-court physical training, such as weight lifting, is part of daily exercise, if they want to win a game. But the availability of training facilities prevent them from doing this. In addition coaches usually don’t have physical training background. Players can not improve their on court performance even they have excellent skills. This study is trying to develop appropriate physical conditioning program for basketball players. Samples are taken from college division-I man basketball teams and national champion of elementary school woman basketball teams. This program focus on lactic acid system improvement and weight-lifting training. The improvement of lactic acid system can increase player’s Velocity Endurance. Weight-lifting training can players to improve their muscular strength and endurance. This study also finds that coordination and flexibility training can help player to improve their on court performances.
