心理护理在异位妊娠手术治疗中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理护理在异位妊娠手术治疗中的应用效果。方法：采用回顾性方法对本院2012年8月-2013年4月收治的86例行腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行分析，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组各43例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础之上给予心理护理，观察两组的护理效果。结果：干预组焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等不良心理情绪评分均明显低于对照组，且干预组患者在术后的生活信心度明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对异位妊娠手术患者给予心理护理，能够有效降低患者术前的不良心理情绪，有利于提高患者对生活质量的信心度，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 心理护理； 异位妊娠手术； 应用效果 　　Application of Psychological Nursing of Pregnancy Operation in the Treatment of Ectopic Observation/LIU Fang.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：103-104 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of psychological nursing of pregnancy operation in the treatment of ectopic.Method：A retrospective method of the 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical data analysis were analyzed from August 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group，43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing，the intervention group was given mental nursing on the basis of the control group，the nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Result：The anxiety，depression，fear and other adverse psychological scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group，and intervention group patients in postoperative life confidence degree was better than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological nursing for patients with ectopic pregnancy operation，can effectively reduce the adverse psychological mood of patients，improve the confidence of patients on quality of life，worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing operation； Ectopic pregnancy； Application effect 　　First-author’s address：The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liupanshui City，Liupanshui 553000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.01.049 　　异位妊娠（Ectopic pregnancy，EP）是指孕卵在子宫体腔以外着床并生长发育，俗称宫外孕（Extrauterine pregnancy），包括宫颈妊娠、子宫肌壁间妊娠以及宫角妊娠
