护理干预对脑卒中患者心理状态及生活质量影响   【摘要】 目的:探究对脑卒中患者实施综合性护理干预与常规护理干预后其心理状态与生活质量的变化。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年5月本院收治的脑卒中患者82例。按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予综合性的护理,两组患者统一护理5个月。比较两组护理前后的抑郁状态评分(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)及患者的生活质量(Barthel指数)。结果:护理后,两组HAMD评分均低于治疗前,且干预组HAMD评分低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,干预组上下肢Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者例数均多于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义( 字2=5.87、4.94,P=0.01、0.02);护理后,干预组41~60、61~100分患者多于对照组,40分以下患者少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=46.13,P=0.00)。结论:综合性的护理干预可明显改善患者的心理状态及生活质量,值得临床推广。   【关键词】 护理干预; 脑卒中; 心理状态; 生活质量   【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the changes of psychological status and quality of life of cerebral apoplexy patients after comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention.Method:A total of 82 patients with cerebral apoplexy treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into intervention group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and intervention group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing,they were given a unified nursing for 5 months.The depression scores(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD),motor function(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA) and quality of life(Barthel index) between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of two groups of HAMD were all lower than those of before nursing,and the HAMD score of intervention group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing,the Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade of upper limbs and lower extremity in intervention group were more than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant( 字2=5.87,4.94,P=0.01,0.02).After nursing,the patients scores of 41-60 and 61-100 in intervention group were more than those of control group,and the patients below 40 scores were less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant
