护理综合管理在预防手术室感染中效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨护理综合管理在预防手术室感染中的效果。方法 回顾分析2015年6～12月在我院手术室进行手术的患者86例，将其分为实验组和对照组，各43例。实验组患者使用综合护理管理，对照组使用常规护理，对比观察两组患者住院时间、住院费用、手术室感染及并发症情况。结果 实验组住院时间为（12.06±0.53）d，明显短于对照组的（16.17±0.61）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；实验组住院费用为（13236.45±289.83）元，明显少于对照组的（17683.28±293.74）元，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；实验组手术室感染率为2.33%，明显低于对照组的13.95%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组并发症发生率为0.00%，明显低于对照组的9.30%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 预防手术室感染过程中使用护理综合管理，能够显著降低手术感染发生率，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]护理综合管理；手术室；感染；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（a）-0163-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing management in preventing operation room infection.Methods 86 patients who conducted operation in our hospital operation room from June 2015 to December 2015 were retrospective analyzed，and dividied into experiment group and control group.43 cases in each group.Patients in experiment group were given comprehensive nursing management and patients in control group were given routine nursing.The hospital stay，hospitalization expenses，operation room infection and complications in two groups were observed Results The hospital stay in experiment group was （12.06±0.53）days，obvious lower than that （16.17±0.61）days of control group，and the difference was significance difference （P0.01）；The hospitalization expenses in experiment group was （13236.45±289.83） yuan，obvious less than that （17683.28±293.74） yuan of control group，and the difference was significant （P0.01）；The operation room infection in experiment group was 2.33%，obvious lower than that 13.95% of control group，and the difference was significant （P0.05）；the incidence rate of complications in experiment group was 0.00%，obvious lower than that 9.30% of control group，and the difference was significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Using comprehensive nursing management in preventing operation room infection can obvious decrease the incidence rate of operation infection and worth to popularize. 　　[Key words]Comprehensive nursing management；Operation room；
