基于Quantum系列PLC的6500平方米布袋除尘系统的设计 摘 要 脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器是一种高效除尘设备，具有清灰效果好、净化效率高、处理气量大、滤袋寿命长等优点，目前已在许多行业得到了广泛的应用。随着现代生产工艺的要求，适宜地设计整个除尘系统的自动化控制也变得更加重要。本设计主要阐述了布袋除尘器的发展背景、结构、工作原理、除尘工艺流程、编程思想等。本设计的布袋除尘器一共有12个除尘室，每个室有14个布袋，除尘室的每个布袋由一个脉冲阀控制。除尘过程采用自动控制和手动控制两种方法，自动控制清灰类型有顺序控制、压力控制和时间控制；手动控制是通过手动按扭对整个除尘设备进行控制。详细介绍了Quantum系列PLC的选型和应用Concept2.6编程软件编写了6500平方米布袋除尘器的清灰控制程序（S6500）。CPU模块用140CPU43412A型模块并且电源模块用140CPS11420型模块。S6500程序一共包括了四个程序：一个模拟量换算程序和三个清灰控制程序（analog、qhsuhui、qhcontrol、qinghui11）。 关键词：脉冲喷吹；袋式除尘器；清灰 The design of 6,500 square meters bag filters system based on Quantum series PLC Abstract Pulse-jet fabric filter is a kind of high-efficiency dust collect equipment. It has so many advantages such as good dust dislodgement effect, high collect efficiency, being able to treat large volume of flue gas and long life that it has been widely used in many industries. With request of modern production technology, it is further more important to design the automatic control technology of the whole dust removal system properly. The design mainly expounded bag filter background of the development, structure and working principle, dust process, programming ideas. There are 12 Rooms in this design of bag filter and each room has 14 bags. Each bag is controlled by a pulse valve. Manual control and automatic control are two methods of this design. Automatic control types including cleaning sequence control, pressure control and time control；Manual control is through manual buttons to control the whole dust equipment. Papers detail the Selection PLC of Quantum Series and application Programming Software Concept2.6 of Programming a 6,500 square meter bag filter cleaning control procedures. CPU module use 140-CPU43412A and power module use 140CPS11420 module. S6500 procedures including four procedures: an analog conversion processes and three control procedures for cleaning.
