摘要 Abstract I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 中国是陶瓷生产古国。潮州自唐代至民国一直是瓷器生产和外销的重要地区。 潮州陶瓷的主要特点是外销量大。改革开放以来,潮州陶瓷行业得到前所未有的蓬 勃发展。然而，金融危机以来，潮州陶瓷外销代工的产业模式遭遇重创，潮州陶 瓷产业需要向品牌创新转型。潮州陶瓷高级人才的缺乏成为了陶瓷产业转型发展 的瓶颈问题。因此，急需发展潮州陶瓷高职教育，培养出一定数量的陶瓷高级人 才为本地经济发展献力。 本文总结国内外陶瓷高职人才培养模式的特色，并以广东潮州产区陶瓷高职 人才培养的现状为研究对象，通过对陶院陶瓷专业学生、教师和相关领导、陶瓷 企业员工和精英进行问卷和访谈，以期对广东潮州产区陶瓷高职人才培养的现状 进行了解，并对潮州陶瓷高职人才的培养现状的影响因素和改进建议进行进一步 的分析，并提出相关改进策略。 通过对国内外陶瓷高职人才培养模式的文献分析，总结出陶瓷高职人才培养 立足瓷都、科艺结合、产学结合、理实结合的特色。通过综合问卷和访谈针对这 几个方面所做的调查和分析，得出潮州陶瓷人才培养的现状存在瓷都优势利用不 足、产学结合不够深入、理实结合不够紧密、科艺结合不够深入的结论。潮州陶 瓷行业和陶瓷教育发展史不长、基础较薄弱、潮州陶瓷外销代工对传统的工艺的 冲击、社会引导力量不足、产学结合动力不足是主要影响因素。针对潮州陶瓷产 业和人才培养的现状，应该探索以陶瓷协会为第三方平台的学校和产业联合培养 模式。陶艺设计专业借鉴“双元制”，学校学习和企业实践同时进行；材料专业 借鉴“三明治”，学校学习和企业实践交替进行。并探索如何根据岗位的需求设 置多样灵活的岗位方向选修课程。 关键词：潮州陶瓷产区 陶瓷高职 人才培养 Abstract China is a country of ceramic production. Chaozhou has been an important producing and exporting area of porcelain of China from the Tang Dynasty . The main characteristic of ceramics business of Chaozhou is export and large volume. Since the reform and opening up, Chaozhou ceramics industry has been unprecedented booming. However, since the financial crisis, Chaozhou ceramic export industry “OEM model” suffered heavy losses, Chaozhou ceramic industry needs brand innovation. The lack of the senior talented person of Chaozhou ceramics becomes the bottleneck problem of the development of the ceramic industry transformation. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the higher vocational education of Chaozhou ceramics, and cultivate a certain number of ceramic advanced talents for the local economic development. Through the questionnaire and interviews to students, teachers, related leaders and ceramics employees and and elites ,this thesis summarizes the characteristics of ceramic talent cultivating mode both in domestic and international higher vocational education, and based on the analysis of Chaozhou ceramic production region, in order to present situation of ceramic talent cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Ch
