护理干预模式预防ICU病房呼吸机相关肺炎临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析使用护理干预模式预防ICU病房呼吸机相关肺炎的临床效果。方法：选择2014年5月-2015年7月在笔者所在医院ICU病房住院的86例患者为研究对象，将其随机平均分成两组，分别为对照组和观察组，每组43例，对照组使用常规护理方法进行护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预，对比分析两组患者的呼吸机相关肺炎发生情况及机械通气时间。结果：观察组患者机械通气时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组呼吸机相关肺炎发生率为9.30%，低于对照组的30.23%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：护理干预模式可以有效降低呼吸机相关肺炎发生率，缩短机械通气时间，减轻患者病痛，具有较好效果，有一定的临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】 护理干预； ICU病房； 呼吸机相关肺炎； 机械通气时间 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）15-0110-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in prevention ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU ward.Method：86 patients in the ICU ward of our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，with each group 43 cases.The control group was given conventional methods of nursing care，the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia and the duration of mechanical ventilation were compared between the two groups.Result：The mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia of the observation group was 9.30%，lower than 30.23% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia，shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation，reduce the pain of patients，which has good effect and certain clinical significance. 　　【Key words】 Nursing intervention； ICU ward； Ventilator associated pneumonia； Mechanical ventilation time 　　First-author’s address：Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University，Suzhou 215001，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.15.058 　　呼吸机相关肺炎（ventilator associated pneumonia，VAP）是指患者在机械辅助通气48
