. . 摘要 白色污染对环境的危害越来越严重，用一个绿色环保的去代替塑料袋一时大势所趋,在这样需求情况下，以纸质代替塑料的呼声变得越来越高。一个方便控制生产的系统显得那样的重要，触摸屏是目前一种比较新潮的输入设备，是目前最方便、自然、简单而又不依赖于传统键盘和鼠标的人机交流。触摸屏有很广泛使用范围特别是那些终端机方面，受到热烈的欢迎。 本论文介绍纸袋生产的过程，是用编程逻辑控制器（Programmable Logic Controller）简称PLC（后同），结合人机界面、触点开关的纸袋生产系统设计。而我个人主要研究控制系统中触摸屏的人机界面设计其中包括如何与PLC和HMI的结合通讯。重点介绍致远触摸屏HMI软件使用，通过此软件设计过程进而清晰的的介绍整个系统的框架。在软件上完成后，编译离线模拟成功，通过下载工程至MiniHMI-501C触摸屏来实现对设计的监测，还能对现场数据进行采集与处理。 关键字 触摸屏、人机界面、PLC、纸袋生产线 Abstract Facing the increasingly serious white pollution problems, people want to find a substitute for the current performance, plastic bags and do not cause white pollution substitutes, in such circumstances demand, with paper as the mainstream got vigorously the development of green packaging industry.
