The ever increasing crisis in environmental protection has aroused great attention among the consumers and the government. Thus, academic circle and enterprises have been put more and more attention to the idea of the green supply chain management which is procreant by adapting the concept of environmental protection. This paper, based on the condition of the green information, is to discuss the internal relations among the green informatization and improving operational efficiency as well as environment friendly society, to systematically analyse how to build a green supply chain, to invest into the steps of requirements in building electronics manufacturering green supply chain. The first part will introduce the background information both at home and abroad, which will lay the foundation for the following exposition. The second part, based on the situation in electronics manufacturing companies, will mainly focus on the green supply chain concepts. It is to analyse the internal and external environment of the enterprises, and to state the differences between the green and general production process.
