PAGE PAGE 27 中草药药房的工作研究分析及布局（设计）  摘 要 工业工程(IE)方法将管理技术与工程技术有机地结合在一起，运用系统工程和管理运筹学的理论和方法，以计算机为手段，形成了一套系统优化技术。工业工程方法与生产过程或者工艺相辅相成，对改进企业的生产流程，促进生产的标准化和最优化起着重要的作用。传统的中草药药房管理系统没有与工业工程很好地结合，无法利用工业工程优化和管理技术对其生产现场进行优化和管理。本文基于 IE 方法，着力将把工业工程中的程序分析、操作分析、流水线平衡、流程优化等方法和思想引入到中草药药房管理改善过程中，全面整合了工业工程与生产线现场管理，提出了基于 IE 的客车生产现场管理改善的研究。主要的研究 内容如下： 1.首先提出课题的研究意义，论述了中草药药房的广利现状，分析了工业工程技术在布局设计和管理中的应用现状。然后论述了课题所用到的 IE 方法的理论基础和技术实现。 2.运用 IE 方法的理论，进行了中草药药房管理改善方案的设计并对药房的库存，发药现场进行了改善。 3.药房布局设计是药房系统设计的重要内容之一，药房布局的优劣直接决定着药房工作效率和经济效益。论文阐述了设施布局设计的基本原则、理论及方法，分析了国内外生产系统中常见的布局设计原理及方法，提出了药房布局优化设计框架。该框架避免了传统设计方法过于依赖经验、约束过多及复杂难解的缺点，从理论上拓展了布局设计的方法。 关键词：工业工程（IE）方法，药房现场管理，装配工艺流程  Abstract Industrial Engineering (IE) methods integrate the management and technology, it forms series system optimization technology, using operations research, system engineering and computer science. IE and process supply with each other. It has a very important action to promote the process standardization and optimization. The traditional Chinese herbal medicine pharmacy Management or Process Management System does not combine with IE, so it can not optimize and manage the process with IE technology. This thesis is based on IE and introduces program analysis, operational analysis, line balancing and process optimization into the passenger car production site management. Study on the Chinese herbal medicine pharmacy management based on IE methods is proposed. For this purpose, the contents in the paper are below: 1.
