PAGE PAGE II 高等教育自学考试质量技术监督管理专业 毕 业 设 计 题 目：论我国绿色食品质量标准化及其完善 专 业：质量技术监督管理 考 号：400109100264 考生姓名：吕冬 指导老师：于昆 哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 20 PAGE II PAGE I 论我国绿色食品质量标准化及其完善 摘 要 本文简述了我国绿色食品企业质量标准化的现状、存在的问题和如何改进现有的绿色食品标准。点出绿色食品在现有的标准体系下有长足的发展，但也面临着严重的挑战。我国绿色食品标准中农残及有害物质的残留低于国际标准、现有的质量标准体系不完善、宣贯力度待加强、管理待实现标准化；为适应日本的“肯定列表制度”和欧盟的“绿色壁垒”， 我国绿色食品质量标准应加强标准的基础性研究、标准的制订、管理、宣贯实施，使我国绿色食品质量标准国际化，提高我国绿色食品企业的竞争力。其次着重论述了绿色食品的产生背景、发展概况及其标准体系中各类别标准的特点及在保证绿色食品产品质量方面所起的作用,同时指出了我国目前绿色食品标准体系中存在的不足之处。最后,概略介绍了绿色食品产业的发展情况,并对绿色食品产业今后的发展进行了展望。 关键词 绿色食品；质量标准；绿色壁垒 On China’s Green Food quality Standardization and it’s Improvement Abstract This article describes the status of the green food quality standardization, problems and how to improve existing food standards. Much progress has been made under the existing standard system of green development, but it also faces a serious challenge. China green food standards farm residues and harmful residues of the substance is below international standards, existing quality standards system is not perfect, Xuan Guan strengthen, standardize management; to meet Japans positive list system and the European Unions green barrier, green food quality standards should be strengthened standards for basic research, standards development, administration, Xuan Guan implementation, internationalization of China green food quality standards, improving the competitiveness of green food enterprises. Then highlighted green background, development and standards of each category in the standard system characteristics and in ensuring that the role of the quality of food products, while pointing out that currently exist in the standard system of green deficiencies. Finally, made a statement outlining the developments in the food industry, and on the future prospects for the development of food industry.
