耳内镜下清理联合派瑞松外耳道灌注治疗儿童外耳道真菌病临床疗效初步研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨耳内镜下清理联合派瑞松外耳道灌注治疗儿童外耳道真菌病的临床疗效。方法 以我院门诊2015年9月～2016年12月诊治的60例外耳道真菌病儿童患者为研究对象，将其随机分为试验组30例（35耳），给予耳内镜下清理联合派瑞松外耳道灌注；对照组30例（33耳），给予耳内镜下清理联合派瑞松外耳道涂抹，将两组患者治疗后的总有效率和复发率进行对比观察。结果 治愈后，两组患者分别随访3个月，试验组 30例35耳，治愈34例，好转1例，无效 0 例，复发1例，有效率100%，复发率2.9%；对照组 30例33耳，治愈22例，好转5例， 无效 6例，复发7例，有效率81.8%，复发率21.2%。试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 耳内镜下清理联合派瑞松外耳道灌注治疗儿童外耳道真菌病的临床疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 耳内镜；派瑞松（曲安奈德益康哇乳膏）；外耳道灌注；?和?外耳道真菌病；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R764.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）10-217-03 　　Clinical curative effect of endoscopic debridement combined peverson canal perfusion in the treatment of children otomycosis 　　LI Guanquan XU Deyu LI Chuling ZHAO Fengli 　　Otolaryngology Head And Neck Surgery，Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Dongguan 523003，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic debridement combined peverson canal perfusion in the treatment of children otomycosis. Methods 60 cases of children with ear fungus disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 cases（35 ears，treated with ear endoscopic debridement combined peverson canal perfusion） and control group of 30 cases （33 ears，treated with ear endoscopic debridement combined with Pevisone canal）.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After cure，the follow-up period was 3 months.Among the 35 ears of 30 cases in experimental group，there were 34 cases cure，improvement in 1 cases，invalid in 0 cases， recurrence in 1 cases，the effective rate was 100%，the recurrence rate was 2.9%.Among the 30 cases of 33 ears in control group，there were 22 cases cure，improvement in 5 cases，invalid in 6 cases，recurrence in 7 cases，the effective rate was 81.8%，the recurrence rate was 21.2%.The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.
