门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果及其对患者血清氧化物质水平影响分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及其对患者血清氧化物质水平的影响。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年9月我院收治的70例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按随机分配法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各35例。对照组患者给予生物合成人胰岛素进行治疗，研究组患者给予门冬胰岛素进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床效果、外周血清氧化相关物质的浓度。结果 治疗后，研究组患者的外周血清活性氧类物质、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶浓度低于对照组，超氧化物歧化酶的浓度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将门冬胰岛素应用于妊娠期糖尿病的治疗中，效果确切，并能纠正患者的抗氧化物质及外周血清氧化的失衡，建议临床推广。 　　[关键词]妊娠期糖尿病；门冬胰岛素；血清氧化物质 　　[中图分类号] R714.256 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（c）-0069-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Insulin Aspart on the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and influence analysis on the serum oxide level in of patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected as subjects and evenly divided into research group and control group according to the random distribution method，35 cases in each group.In the control group，the Biological Synthetic Human Insulin was used，while in the research group，Insulin Aspart was adopted.The clinical efficacy and the concentration of peripheral serum oxidations were observed and compared.Results After treatment，the concentrations of active oxygen species and glutathione peroxidase in the research group were lower than those in the control group，the concentration of superoxide dismutase in the research group was higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The total effectiveness rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of Insulin Aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can obtain a definite effect，and also rectify the imbalance between the patients′ antioxidant substances and peripheral serum oxidation，which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words]Gestational diabetes mellitus；Insulin Aspart；Serum oxidized substance 　　妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是指患者在妊娠期?l生糖尿病的病症类型[1]
