针刺结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期妇女抑郁状态临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探?针刺结合穴位埋线治疗对围绝经期妇女抑郁状态的改善效果。方法 150例围绝经期抑郁妇女， 结合就诊时间先后分为对照1组（给予针刺治疗）、对照2组（给予药物治疗）、观察组（给予针刺结合穴位埋线治疗）， 各50例。比较三组患者的治疗效果、抑郁改善情况、生存质量。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率92.0%高于对照1组72.0%及对照2组40.0%， 对照1组治疗有效率高于对照2组， 差异均具有统计学意义 （P0.05）；治疗第4、8、12周， 观察组患者的SDS评分、MENQOL评分均低于对照1组及对照2组， 差异均具有统计学意义 （P0.05）。结论 针刺结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期妇女抑郁状态相较于常规药物治疗和单纯针刺治疗效果更好， 对患者抑郁状态的改善效果更为显著， 患者生存质量明显提高， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 针刺结合穴位埋线；围绝经期妇女；抑郁状态；生存质量 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.17.029 　　Clinical study of acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of depressive state in perimenopausal women CUI Xing， HU Chong-ni， WU Yun-tian， et al. Methods A total of 150 perimenopausal womenin depressive state were divided by clinic time into cotrol group A （receiving acupuncture treatment）， control group B （receiving drug therapy） and observation group （receiving acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding for treatment）， with 50 cases in each group.
