锁骨钩钢板和锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：锁骨钩钢板和锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效分析。方法：选取肇庆市高要区人民医院2012年6月-2016年8月收治的锁骨远端NeerⅡ型骨折患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组30例，对照组患者接受锁骨钩钢板治疗，研究组患者接受锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗，手术后两组患者均进行适当的恢复性训练，比较两组患者的VAS、Constant-Muley评分以及并发症出现情况。结果：研究组的VAS及Constant-Muley各项指标（肩关节活动度、肌力、日常活动、疼痛）评分均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者并发症发生率为10.0%，对照组为26.7%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板临床疗效及并发症发生情况均显著优于锁骨钩钢板，对于适合进行该手术的患者是一种十分理想的治疗方法，值得临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折； 锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板； 锁骨钩钢板 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Clavicular Hook Plate and Distal Clavicle Anatomic Locking Plate in Distal Neer Ⅱ Clavicle Fractures/MAO Ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（11）：112-115 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the curative effect of clavicular hook plate and distal clavicle anatomic locking plate in distal Neer Ⅱ clavicle fractures.Method：A total of 60 distal Neer Ⅱ clavicle fracture cases from June 2012 to August 2016 in our hospital were divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table method，30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clavicular hook plate，the research group was treated with distal clavicle anatomic locking plate，patients of two groups also received proper rehabilitation programme after surgery.VAS and Constant-Muley ratings and complications of two groups were compared.Result：VAS and Constant-Muley indicators（shoulder motion，muscle strength，daily activities，pain） scores of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Complications incidence of the research group was 10.0%，lower than of that of the control group（26.7%），the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Distal clavicle anatomic locking plate，curative effect and complication incidence of which are better than those of clavicular hook plate，is an ideal treatment method for patients suitable for the surgery，and it is worthy of clinical application.
