摘 要 本毕业设计由三部分组成。第一部分是苏州地铁乐桥站~临顿路站区间隧道结构设计；第二部分是乐桥站~临顿路站区间隧道施工组织设计；第三部分是专题部分，盾构隧道开挖过程中土拱效应研究。 第一部分里面，根据收集的地质资料，通过方案比选选择盾构法施工和钢筋混泥土的衬砌结构，确定计算断面及其所受的载荷，并进行断面管片内力计算和管片接缝张开量计算，然后对其进行相应的抗浮验算和裂缝宽度计算。 第二部分是区间隧道施工组织设计。根据隧道施工工法和隧道周边环境情况，对施工前准备工作，施工场地布置，隧道区间隧道走向、开挖与衬砌结构施工等进行设计，并编制了工程进度计划，编纂了相应的安全、质量、环境保护等措施。 第三部分是专题部分，内容是盾构隧道开挖过程中土拱效应研究。对现有的研究进行总结概括，并通过数值模拟研究隧道开挖过程中的土拱效应进行研究。 关键词：盾构隧道； 结构计算； 施工组织； 土拱效应 ABSTRACT The design mainly includes three parts. The first part is the tunnel design of the section from Quyang Rd Station to Siping Rd Station in Shanghai; The second part is its construction arrangement design; The third part, special subject part, is studying soil arching effect of vertical earth pressure in shield tunnel engineering. In the first part, the design of tunnel design, according to the engineering geology, hydrogeological conditions and environment conditions, through the scheme comparison and selection, reinforced concrete lining and shield construction have been chosen. And then the load section and the section suffered can be determined, and the internal force of the segment and splaying amount of joints are calculated. After that, the anti-floating checking and crack width checking is made. The second part is the tunnel section construction organizing design. According to the tunnel construction methods and the environment circumstance around, the preparation work before the construction, construction site layout, tunnel alignment, excavation and lining construction are designed. The project schedule is made and the methods of granteeing the safety, the quality and the environment protection of the project are compiled. The third part is the special subject part. In this part, soil arching effect in shield tunnel engineering is studied. Its requied to make a summary of the existing research on soil arching effect and simulate the soil arching effect in the process of tunnel excavation.
