骨科感染创面负压封闭引流术后临床观察及护理配合 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨骨科采用负压封闭引流术治疗感染创面的疗效及安全性，及强化护理对此类患者疗效的影响。 方法 随机选取110例骨科感染创面患者,将其按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组，每组55例，对照组予以常规换药和临床诊治观察，观察组则予以VSD技术和临床护理，观察两组治疗后在临床效果、疼痛和抑郁评分以及满意度上的差异性。结果 对照组治愈率为41.82%，总有效率为74.55%；观察组治愈率为72.73%，总有效率为94.55%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组平均疼痛评分和抑郁情绪评分及疼痛评分和抑郁情绪评分分级、满意度和依从性比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 负压封闭引流术能控制骨科感染创面，提高创面愈合时间、满意度，改善患者生活质量。 　　[关键词] 负压封闭引流术；临床护理；骨科感染创面 　　[中图分类号] R473.6[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）18-0082-03 　　 　　Orthopedic wound infection VSD postoperative clinical observation and intervention 　　WU Chunjiao1 LI Jing2 　　1.Department of Surgery, the Peoples Hospital of Qingyuan County in Zhejiang Province, Qingyuan 323800,China; 2.Operating Room, Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, Hangzhou 315000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate orthopedic wound infection using vacuum sealing drainage clinical results, summarized the clinical impact of the intervention on the patient in order to improve the level of clinical treatment. MethodsRandomly selected from February 2010-October 2012 110 cases of orthopedic wound infection patients in this study were divided into two groups, control group received conventional dressing and clinical treatment observation, observation group VSD technology and clinical interventions to be observed after treatment in the clinical effects, pain and depression scores and satisfaction differences. Results In the control group, the cure rate was 41.82%, total effective rate was 74.55%; observation group cure rate 72.73%, total effective rate was 94.55%, the difference was significantly（P0.05）; the other two groups in the average pain score and depression scores and pain score and depression score grading, satisfaction and compliance was relatively significant difference（P0.05）, there were statistically significant. Conclusion VSD can control orthopedic surgery wound infection and improve wound healing time , improve patient satisfaction and quality of life. 　　[Key words] V
