髋关节置换术后应用体位管理预防假体脱位临床护理研究 　　摘要：目的 研究髋关节置换术后应用体位管理预防假体脱位的临床护理效果。方法 我院2011年5月～2014年7月收入并实施了人工髋关节置换术的96例患者以2013年1月15日为节点，之前收入的48例患者未实施体位管理护理，纳入对照组；之后（含节点日）收入的48例病痛实施体位管理护理，纳入护理组。本组单纯实施常规髋关节置换术标准护理流程。即包括入院宣教，病房环境整理、遵医嘱采集检验标本或治疗执行、术后并发症护理、饮食护理、出院前宣教。研究组在对照组基础上实施体位管理护理，包括管理用具的准备、体位管理宣教、术后转运护理、术后体位护理、功能护理、行走护理、出院前体位宣教。治疗结束后对比两组自主防脱位意识、护理管理依从性、术后6个月内假体脱位率。结果 护理组自主防脱位意识、护理管理依从性显著优于对照组（P0.05），假体脱位率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 髋关节置换术后应用体位管理预防假体脱位具有显著的临床护理价值。 　　关键词：髋关节置换术；体位管理；假体脱位；护理 　　Abstract：Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of the application of postural management for the prevention of dislocation after hip replacement..
