Must be correct and reasonable to deal with the new rural construction and environmental protection and improve the legal system. From the characteristics of Chinas agro-ecological environment, the characteristics of environmental pollution in rural areas, rural pollution control and legislative framework, analyzes the urbanization process in Chinas rural environmental problems exist, made in the process of rural urbanization and related laws and regulations of environmental protection measures.
