摘 要 全自动生化分析仪是目前医院检验科最常用也是最大型的分析设备，由于生化工作在检验工作中的重要地位，为了保证检测结果的稳定性和可靠性，提供一个稳定的温度是非常重要的。医用恒温培养箱利用微机来实现控制，采用AT89C51单片机，采用12MHz晶振电路及具有上电和按键复位功路，与PC机通信电平转换电路由MAX232实现使系统能够保持恒定的温度，可以使系统具有制冷和加热功能，通过显示装置实现温度值的显示，并能够通过键盘修改和设置温度值，保证酶能在规定的温度范围内反应，从而确保全自动生化分析仪测试的准确性。不仅提高了工作效率，而且减少了主观误差，稳定了检验质量。由于这类仪器一般都具有灵敏、准确、快速、节省、标准化和质控系统完善等优点，使得自动生化分析仪在临床生化分析中得到了广泛应用。本系统的优点是能够准确的控制温度变化，使温度的波动不超过±0.1℃完全满足酶反应的要求，并能精确的显示和设定温度值。本系统虽然能够很好的完成生化分析仪的要求，但温度调节时间比较长，每变化1 关键词：生化分析仪；医用恒温控制；AT89C51单片机 ABSTRACT Automatic biochemical analyzer is now the most common and most hospital rooms of large analysis equipment, because the inspection work in biochemical the important position, to ensure that the results of detection stability and reliability, provide a stable temperature is very important.
