湖北工业大学商贸学院毕业论文 摘 要 旅游业是我国经济发展的战略性产业。当前我国正处于工业化、城镇化快速发展时期,日益增长的大众化、多样化消费需求为旅游业发展提供了新的机遇,旅游业的发展带动了饭店业的发展。目前我国饭店业所面临的形势是机遇与挑战并存,饭店营销是饭店发展的必然产物,它是以现实或潜在的消费者为目标市场,以产品创新为着力点,实现企业经济与社会效益最大化。饭店业营销作为现代饭店管理体系中不可缺少的组成部分,越来越受到饭店的重视,而且已经成为饭店经营管理的龙头,饭店营销已成为势在必行。采取哪些有效的营销策略,满足饭店在激烈的市场竞争中谋求生存与发展的需要,是饭店经营管理研究中的一个新课题。 关 键 词:饭店营销 绿色 可持续发展 I 湖北工业大学商贸学院毕业论文 Abstract Tourism is the economic development of our country ‘s strategic industry.
