本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 单辊热轧钢板主机列的设计 Primary construction design of hot rolling-mill drived by single roller 学 院： 机械工程 专业班级： 机械设计制造及其自动化 机械075 学生姓名： 夏晶 学 号： 010781527 指导教师： 周建来（教授） 2011 年 6月 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 单辊热轧钢板主机列设计 摘 要：本设计主要分析了热轧机的工作原理、工作环境和工作特点，并结合实际，对热轧机的主机列部分进行设计，对组成的各元件进行了选型、计算和校 核。本轧机为单辊驱动热轧机，其主机列结构主要有主电机、凸缘连轴器、一级减速器、万向接轴、工作机座等部分组成。连接轴的作用是将动力从电机或减速器传递给轧辊。工作机座是整个轧机中最大的部件，它承担着大部分的轧制力，因此在本设计中对牌坊的校核是一个关键的部分。此外最后还对轧机的润滑要求及用油和润滑方式进行了详细的阐述。本轧机主要用于加工较薄钢板，属于小型轧机。本轧机结构简单、维修方便、性能安全可靠、操作性好、对操作人员素质要求较低、且生产效率较高。 关键词：轧辊；工作机架；轴承；轧机 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Primary construction design of hot rolling-mill drived by single roller Abstract: The major structure of a hot rolling-mill was designed combined with practice by analyzing the working principle, the working environment and working character. Working about selection, calculation and checkout of all components were accomplished in the paper. The hot rolling-mill which drived by single roller is composed of electrical motor, the joint between two shaft, a gear, universal joint shaft, work base and other components. The role of the connecting shaft is transmiting? the power from the motor or gear to the roller. The work base of the mill?is the largest component, which bears most of the rolling force, so the check of the memorial arch in the design is a key part. In addition, finally the mill lubrication equirements and the oil used and the?manner is described in detail in the report. This hot rolling-mill is a smaller mill mainly used for the processing of thin steel plate. The character of the rolling-mill is as follows: the structure is more simple, the maintain is easier, the capacity is more safe and reliable, the operation is easier to the operator and the productivity is higher than the ones used in present.
