PAGE PAGE IV 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：稀土萃取洗液生产车间自动控制系统 学生姓名： 学 号 专 业：自动化 班 级： 指导教师： 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 稀土萃取洗液生产车间自动控制系统 摘 要 我国稀土的研究技术水平处于世界领先地位，但是其工业生产的自动化控制水平较低。我所设计的自动控制系统弥补了其工业生产的不足。 本设计采用PLC控制配置罐的液位，实现了对浓度的自动控制。基于系统的基本结构及功能，首先对PLC、电源、传感器、执行器等进行了选型，然后对系统进行了硬件电路图的设计和PLC软件编程，最后实现了上位机与PLC通信，并且对上位机组态做了设计。最终完成了洗液自动控制系统，经模拟调试，实现了生产过程的连续，保证了配置洗液的精度，增强了系统的安全性能。 PLC技术的应用提高了系统的灵活性、快速性、安全性以及控制精度；并利用组态王技术对控制参数进行设定，对S7-200、各泵运行状态和容器液位进行监视，使得系统操作简单，画面直观、形象。 关键词：浓度控制；PLC；限位报警；传感器；组态王 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） Re extract lotion production workshop automatic control system Abstract Technical level of China Rare Earth is a world leader, but the automation levels of the industrial production is low. The control system of industrial production I designed makes up for its deficiencies. This design uses a PLC can control the level configuration to realize the automatic control of concentration. Based on the systems basic structure and function, at first, to chose power supply, sensors, actuators, etc of the PLC, then design the system hardware circuit and PLC programming, finally realized the communication between PC and PLC, and make the design on the upper machine configuration. Finally completed the system of the wash control. After the simulated, achieved continuous production process, to ensure the accuracy of the configuration lotion, to enhance the safety performance of the system. PLC technology improved the system flexibility, speed, security and control accuracy; and used the technology to control with Configuration parameters set, on the S7-200, operating status of each pump and tank water monitor, making system simple, screen image intuitive.
