沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 金融服务外包是金融业新的业务运作模式，具有降低成本、提高效率、改善服务和提升核心竞争力等优势，但是，金融服务外包也是一把双刃剑，它不可避免的带来了风险，因此，对其风险的防范也就成为必然。 本文试图从金融服务外包的内涵和理论基础出发，借鉴国外发达国家金融服务外包风险防范的经验，结合我国的具体情况，构建一个系统的、适合我国国情的金融服务外包的风险防范体系。 首先，概括了金融服务外包的含义、特征以及理论基础等相关理论；其次，阐明了我国金融服务外包的现状及其发展趋势；然后，分析我国金融服务外包存在的问题；再次，借鉴国外金融服务外包的发展及风险防范；最后，提出相应的解决对策，在完善金融服务外包环境方面，完善法律法规；培养专业人才以及合理确定业务范围等。在金融服务外包风险防范方面，加强外包过程的风险管理；建立健全监管体系以及签订缜密的合同等。以促进我国金融服务外包的良性发展。 关键词：金融服务外包；风险；防范 Abstract Financial service outsourcing the financial industry is new business operation mode, with lower cost, improve efficiency, improve service, and enhance their core competitiveness advantage, however, financial service outsourcing is a double-edged sword. It inevitable brings the risk, therefore, to prevent the risk will become inevitable. This article attempts from the financial service outsourcing and connotation of the theoretical basis of the developed countries for reference foreign financial service outsourcing of risk prevention experience, with the condition of our country, to construct a system, suitable for Chinas national conditions of financial service outsourcing of risk prevention system.
